No matter what Giggsy has done off the pitch its whats been done on it that counts. For those 29 years he's been a club legend and as much as I was gutted to see him retire I think I'll be even more gutted to see him leave the club entirely. Hopefully he'll get a decent amount of experience and return to the club in a few years. Good luck Giggsy and thanks for everything. Sorry, but his actions off the pitch he's an utter bastard. Horrible human being. Sullies everything unfortunately, which pisses me off because he was brilliant. Not denying he's a horrible human being for it. I'd just rather focus on his football than the shot he's done off the field. Sad that he tarnished the otherwise "perfect role model" label but I'll forever look back and see the legend in the pitch.

It legitimately breaks my heart that Giggs is such a horrible man. I could truly cry just thinking about it. I met him, a bunch of times. He shouldn't be a scumbag. He couldn't be. How is it possible.

Giggs banged her before Rohdri did. Rohdri married the first thing that came his way after getting out of Jail. It was doomed. It's tiresome to keep reading about. Yes he's a cunt sometimes. Hopefully he'll manage a Premier League club to play exciting football like he did.

How is it possible. I was gutted when I read about it. Growing up he's was one player I idolised. Remember buying "Ryan Giggs - how do they do that" on VHS and trying to copy the skills he used. Failed every time. Really is a shame these footballers think they're above it all. They have no shame or morals in this day an age which is why I couldn't believe it coming from an older generation. I mean I'm against cheating 100% but I could give the man a high 5 for Imogen Thomas but not your own brothers wife. It's somewhere you just don't go.

Bolton's a tough job. They have no money. He was obviously going to stay in the area near his kids so not many options. He needs a tough job anyway. If he improves Bolton it won't be through spending.

Even during his playing days, he came across as a dull character in his interviews imo.
How he can take that dull character into a dressing room and lead a team to be succesfull is beyond me.
Giving him the Utd job would've been like giving some kid who's just passed his driving test, the keys to a F1 racing car. It would've been carnage.
I'd like to see him work alongside Warren Joyce in the U21 set up, or alongside Nicky Butt in the whole youth set up. I belive this has been put on the table, and he's not supposed to be happy about it. We'll have to wait and see what happens I guess.
I wish him the best in whatever he decides to do or wherever he goes.

I would be best if he wasnt forced on Joyce really. Leave him do what he does best without giggsy undermining him.

Obviously we need to remember, celebrate and honour our past, our history and our traditions, but we cannot live there, like the scouse mob do. I feel as if Giggs has become the embodiment of the past trying to retain control. The post-Fergie United needs to find its own way and move forward with its own ideas without that undermining lingering presence of what we used to be.

Leaving the club this week apparently Not even pre-season yet and I've enjoyed it more since Jose signed than the last 3 years combined.

Sounds like the Cof92 have been telling him the same thing as us: prove yourself to be a great manager, then come to United. Nit the other way around.

With regards to Giggs wer the fk are all these ex utd players now championing his name for smaller clubs? Is the man with fk all managerial experience too good for lower league clubs?. he needs to leave utd and go out into the big bad world to see if he can sink or swim... personally I don't want him anywer near the Utd job regardless of how successful or not mourinho is.

I have said all along like a lot of others in RoM, Giggs needs to go elsewhere managing and get the experience he needs, he has learnt fuck all under Moyes and LVG. And now with the media bringing up all his personal life Giggs is now a sinking ship without a sail and he cannot blame anybody else but himself. Even if he does go elsewhere in management the tabloid press scum will still keep hounding him and bring up some more dirt from somewhere.
I really think he should now forget about the managerial side and follow the likes of Ginger and others and go into the commentary side of things but even doing that the tabloid press will still hound him looking for dirt to dig up. I loved Giggs as a player for United and under SAF his private life no matter how bad it was SAF would keep a lid on things and the 'behind closed doors' came into play. Since SAF retired Giggs has gone off the rails and as I said before he is now a sinking ship without a sail.

My biggest fear with Giggs, if he hangs about, is the potential negative influence he could have on any current or forthcoming manager. I just envision a lot of undermining taking place.
