20 years ago it was Rooney. 20 years or so before that it was Gazza.
The kid is brilliant. Just thankfully he's at Real and not City or Liverpool.

He's either deluded or greedy, I'm going with the former. If he'd have left in the summer I'd have had a bit of respect for him and wished him well. Now he can rot for all I care. Deserves all that comes his way. Had an out to play regularly instead of choosing money but his ego got in the way. He's a championship level defender at best and the more Southgate holds this blind loyalty to him the more damage it'll do. If he said that his place wasn't virtually guaranteed Maguire would have gone by now. |
