Pros:
1. New house with better outdoors. Pool, trees, fences
2. Able to use the Mrs horses for agriculture exemption
3. New job is better than expected
Cons:
1. New job forced a move away from good city and good house
2. New city sucks
3. New house requires 80% updating
4. Too soon to move again - tax issues
5. PHC is captain of United
