I reckon van Gaal could reabilitate him. really doubt that, if it hasn't happened by now then can't see it. the issue is the player has not shown the desire to really push on, great chap but as a professional he lacks that killer drive. also its stupid business from the club, this is a player that should have been dropped in the summer.

Not really meaning for us, just in general. Get the lad in a position to go while away the rest of his career with some sort of achievement rather than just fall off the map.

Anderson has won a trophy every 14 games in average for us and Porto.
I wish that stat was more impressive in reality

Wonder if they can afford his wages. Just to think I was so deluded with this guy makes me sick. Always believed in him. Hell, even got my name here as Anderson08 But fatty here proved me wrong and I was subject to abuse Would be more than glad to see him go.

It's a shame - I love Ando but I just think he hasn't been used in his best position - I know he was bought as an attacking midfielder but IMO has all the attributes of a good defensive midfield destroyer - he can tackle, pass and has a great engine when fit - you just don't have any confidence in him doing something good in the attacking third any more Maybe if he was used deeper when he came to the club he would be top class by now - probably way too late for him now Playing him deeper rather than his natural position is a big, big part of why he never fulfilled his potential. He was an incredibly exciting attacking midfielder when we signed him.Nostalgia for Fletcher, nostalgia for Anderson. I want to remember that player not the one that has just left albeit with great words of kindness towrds the club and fans. The Daily Mail article below says it all for me, especially the bit about his pass in the recent u21s game and it's deeper meaning. I was a big fan of Ando and he still out did any of his contemporaries at Dipperpool including the little trip up merchant. Cheers Ando and thanks for all the memories..... www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2938008/Manchester-United-fans-say-bye-Anderson-man-claimed-bettered-Cesc-Fabregas.html

In fairness to Ando he tortured Fabregas, but my God did he make Mascherano and Gerrard look like children when we played the Bin Dippers. He even did it with a smile on his face. Mad to think what happened to him

Farewell, sweet Prince. I shall look back fondly on the best of times and may we discard all the sadness in your leaving.
