Fair play to Moyes, he's trying to learn the lingo, and it's not as if there's a plethora of British Managers or players going abroad. I genuinely hope he does well there.

trying to learn the language is one thing, throwing the most basic random spanish words into one sentence is another. that's hilarious. probably more hilarious than the case of acute "stereotypical dutch accent" that mclaren got after joining twente.

I see Moyes is pumping his gums about Rooney now. Premier League - Wayne Rooney can prolong career by moving into midfield, says David Moyes Wayne Rooney can extend his career by shifting focus away from his record-equalling goalscoring exploits, according to his former boss David Moyes. 5 hours ago PA Sport
Rooney drew level with Sir Bobby Charlton's all-time England mark of 49 after hitting the opener in the 6-0 rout of San Marino on Saturday evening. And Moyes believes there will be more to come from 29-year-old Rooney - especially if he protects his longevity by moving out of the firing line. Moyes, who took Rooney into the Everton first team before selling him to Manchester United in 2004, told BBC Radio 5 Live's Sportsweek programme: "I think while he is probably England's best striker at the moment, he has to continue playing as a striker and scoring goals. "But I could genuinely see Wayne being a midfield player for a year or two after that - I think he has got that ability when his legs run out a bit. "He is such a good footballer and passer of the ball that he could play in other positions and it could be that he steps back (positionally) in time. "He has played top football for 12 or 13 years and not many players have had careers as long as that and played as many games.uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/esp-football-wayne-rooney-can-prolong-career-moving-midfield-102603417--sow.html

Real Sociedad is well within his league of manageable clubs. But his tenure will be one we will never forget. squeaky bum time just thinking about last season Honestly now that his name is linked with United, even in a bad way it will still open doors for him. Hopefully when he goes through the door it will shut behind him and he will disappear
