I'd take Oscar. Swap him for Rooney. I despise Oscar. Hateful, cheating little shit. Yeah, I know. Hateful wee shit. Second part of the idea though ...

I'd take Oscar. Swap him for Rooney. Remember when we could've had Luiz and Mata for Rooney? Luiz is a clown, but we needed a player like him then, more than we needed Rooney then and now.

Not even Luiz. Just £20m and Mata for Rooney would have been the greatest steal in transfer history (ahead even of us getting £15m for Jon Obi Mikel despite him never really being our player).

And that's why Mourinho isn't a Manchester United Manager.

First Liverpool get Klopp, now there are rumours this lot will get Simeone. I'd be devastated if that happens, he'd be brilliant for them.

That fine is peanuts too Jose. Jose Mourinho: Chelsea manager fined by FA for comments Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been given a suspended one-match stadium ban and fined £50,000 by the Football Association for comments made about match officials. Mourinho had claimed officials were "afraid" to award his team penalties after Robert Madley denied Chelsea a spot-kick in a 3-1 loss to Southampton. The FA charged that his comments "imply bias on the part of a match official". Mourinho's ban will only be enforced if he repeats the offence within a year. The home defeat by Southampton was Chelsea's fourth loss in the defending champions' opening eight Premier League games of the season and left them 10 points behind leaders Manchester City and four points above the relegation zone. Speaking after the game, Mourinho had said the Blues were "always punished" by officials because "there is always a question mark" from the media. "If the Football Association wants to punish me they can. They don't punish other managers," he added. Mourinho was charged hours after Chelsea said the Portuguese retained their "full support" following back-to-back defeats. His side return to Premier League action at home to Aston Villa - four points and two places below them - on Saturday.www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34534064

How great would it be to see him patrolling the touchline at OT in a black suit. He could bring Burgos along as his enforcer, keep the other managers in line.

Simeone is a great manager but he has a touch of Mourinho's about the 'other side' of his style of football.

Simeone is a great manager but he has a touch of Mourinho's about the 'other side' of his style of football. I do see that, but I think he's in a saveable position. I also find his football much more pleasing on the eye because, despite the similar 'soak up pressure & break' slant, Simeone's team pressure the opposition much more, break at a much higher tempo and are generally more attacking than Chelsea overall. Look at when Simeone comfortably beat Jose at the Bridge in 2014. I've felt since that season that Simeone's AM team is what Jose's Chelsea should have been aspiring to.

It's the diving and sleekit cheating I don't like. The soak up pressure and hit teams with devastating, pacy, counter attacking stands me out of my seat.

I'm optimistic that he could cut it out if he came here. In Spain its a way of life and all the big clubs do it, especially Barca; he would have been at a disadvantage if he didn't. In England that's a different story.

So given that many people's first choice (Klopp) has gone, who would you prefer to see at OT?
