Me personally mate I haven't a clue. I think its just another brain washing tool that actually makes no difference what so ever but thats me. One thing I do like about them however, the house smells a lot better lol. They're good for non-smokers. I have asthma, but the vapor that comes out of an E-Cig doesn't trigger it like a regular cigarette. The bonus for the users is that they can smoke anywhere, there are no prohibitions so far if you're a non smoker what's the point? Are they just to look cool. I don't understand

I don't understand Think he means they are good for the non smokers around you as theres nothing worse than choking on cigarette smoke when you don't smoke yourself

I smoked 20-30 a day for last 5 years, not smoked for 2 month now - and my house smells like lemons. Rather lose my bed than my PV.

I don't understand No, I mean that it's good for non-smokers because they can actually get near smokers and not need an inhaler. If there's some second hand smoke, it's really small. Also it's a good hobby

i use a vape. living in Ja, you can imagine what i put in it..... i did some research on it before i purchased one. my understanding is that it doesn't burn the material, hence much less tar going into your lungs. its the actual combustion that makes most of the tar, so the vape cuts that out. no paper being burnt, so no chemicals from that either. there is still tar though, one cleaning of the system shows how much is being accumulated. so in the end there does need to be more thorough testing of the thing.

This just confused me more. I think i need to inspect one more closely

The main ingredients found in the e-cigarette liquids are glycerin and glycol ethers, which are used as the liquid carrier into which all of the nicotine, flavorings and preservatives easily dissolve.

Think the "benefit" is that they don't contain any of the other carcinogenic chemicals/nasties that cigs have,so purely a nicotine dosing tool I think.Couple of people use them at work-1 has given up cigs totally, and when she's been for a "vape" she doesn't stink of fags like the other smokers at work always do.Also says that she doesn't have the craving to go back to cigs either-time will tell!
