After hovering on the fringes looking in, I thought it was about time to step over the threshold and come in out of the rain.
My name's Dave, and been a United fan for all my 49 years. Born and raised Mancunian living just down the road from the 'EmptyHat'. How I hate it when the bitters are playing at home....... Now and then when they're walking to or from the ground, I'll purposely nip to the shop and blend among them wearing a United shirt. I like to think it reminds them of the shadow they live in.
Fav United moment? Simply too many to go through. However. Despite not being a regular match goer for many years. I'll never forget the 85 semi replay against liverpool at maine road. Or the Final against everton.
Fav All time player? Ole Gunnar Solksjaer. Simply got his head down and always delivered. No ego. No big time charlie......... And That goal in 99.
I hope to post as often as possible, and have some laughs and debates.
