A lot of up and unders in this match Paul, I prefer free flowing. Just hope Wales try running it. This will go down too the wire, just hope that it's you Taffs break the wire first. 1 point ahead again.

That try Paul was pure class. Unlucky buddy, you tried too run it at the end after that try but too late then, Wales were dead on their feet but gave it all. 'Genius from Vermeulen' Martyn Williams Former Wales captain on BBC Radio Wales That was a piece of genius from Vermeulen to set up that try. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/rugby-union/33722108

Hard luck Paul. Feel sorry for you. Terrible mistake by your reserve scrum half. Philips really should have come on to seal it.

Oh what this World Cup could've been with Halfpenny and Webb. So proud of the team though, the level of players that have come in was outstanding.

18:25 Lydiate the top tackler
South Africa 23-19 Wales Wales' defence stood firm until the final five minutes against a crushing wave of Springbok attacks in the second half. Their famous back-row triumvirate were to the fore, hunting in a pack, chopping down South African attacks, and no-one was more heroic in defence than flanker Dan Lydiate who made 21 tackles (missing just one) before being replaced late in the second half. Sam Warburton and Taulupe Faletau notched 17 tackles each. The only South African to reach double figures was Schalk Burger with 10. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/rugby-union/33722108

19:35 'Deflation in Cardiff'
New Zealand v France (20:00 BST) Chris Jones BBC Radio 5 live at the Millennium Stadium I have just walked from Cardiff city centre, where people were crammed in pubs, to the Millennium Stadium. There is a feeling of deflation from the locals but the stage is set for another exciting quarter-final. New Zealand have yet to get out of third gear in this tournament and there are reports of customary French mutiny."

New Zealand murdering France right now That last try by Savea Alex was one of just pure brute force the way he just charged through. It was like watching a ten pin bowl hitting skittles and doing a strike, Lol.

Hard luck Paul. Feel sorry for you. Terrible mistake by your reserve scrum half. Philips really should have come on to seal it. Didn't understand with nearly 2 minutes remaining why Lloyd Williams tapped it and ran instead of booting to touch. We ran out of ideas after then but they have it their all. Fair play to them they have their all...with the exception of Cuthbert. He should have been on the blindside instead of trying to tackle a player that had already been tackled. He's been abysmal throughout the world cup. Not disappointed in the performance but very gutted with the result.

One-way traffic New Zealand 29-13 France The stats don't lie - it's all New Zealand going forward.
The All Blacks have covered 359 metres, compared to France's 180m, and they've dominated possession with 57%.
Can France fight back?
