I'm still trying to work out why Sancho suddenly seems to not fit our new transfer profile??? Wants another season in Germany. We will be back in for him next summer. Sense talking maniac.

Im actually looking forward to the Europa. I'd say its our best possible way to qualify for the CL the way we're going in this window. It’s a tough competition and as we saw when we won it, a lucky draw helped us massively! Wow. Even our successful cup runs get cheap shots. Were you always like this? Bearing in mind we rightly took the piss out of that Scouse twat Klopp when he kept saying the same thing.

An element of luck has been involved in every trophy ever won.

We were also very lucky to have 8 players in the Europa squad of the season that year. What a run by the plucky under-dogs!

We avoided them. Look at our Fa cup run last season, we didn’t. Klopp got shit because he was continuously making excuses and losing final after final. Eventually he built a decent squad and won his first final in England. We have gone from moaning about 2nd not being good enough to bigging up the Europa which has been a huge shifting of goalposts since last season. But not surprising since the manager has now changed.

Which was the exactly the point I was making. No, it wasn't. You used luck to downplay winning. We had an easy run compared to what we could have had. City got the same in their cup run last season. Funny I seem to remember quite a bit of downplaying of their winning then on here. I was chuffed to win the EL but it’s a tough competition and all cup games need a bit of luck.

No, it wasn't. You used luck to downplay winning. Exactly. So I presume if I trawled the threads I would find no single post from you complaining about luck with any of our main rivals last season then? You would be in the minority if if you hadn’t. Luck plays a part to some extent in most games especially in cup competitions.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Gremio striker Everton Soares.
According to Rob Dawson of ESPN FC, the Red Devils' South American scouts have been impressed with the development of the 22-year-old, who has recently been called up to the Brazilian national team.
Everton is said to be able to play on either the left flank or through the middle. In 2018, he's scored 17 times in 43 outings for the Brazilian club. Manchester City are also noted as possible suitors for the player.
"However, United face a fight to sign Everton, who is valued at around £30 million, after he signed a new contract until 2022 in August," said Dawson. "That contract includes a release clause just over €60 million (£53 million)."

How could we face a fight?? If there is a release clause we just pay that and get it over the line before anyone else can get involved.
Yeah?
