I'll be honest though guys. I really do believe he has the best intentions. I believe he's desperate to keep the club going strong financially & spend big on the worlds best players. It's his reputation on the line. He is however still completely useless at doing that. Spending huge money on Di Maria & then letting Van Gaal fall out with him & shipping him out whilst making our squad weaker is bloody unforgivable. His reputation is tied to Van Gaal now & he's going to be very stubborn. I believed that once as did others, but he should've kept his fucking trap shut-like David Gill-instead of playing Billie Big Bollocks i.e we're going after a "Galactico" every season. He got way ahead of himself. Aw fuck,BBC 1 are now having a wankfest over Gaurdiola! Off to bed to sulk long into the night!

Glad that Shity got him, expectations are through the roof, and I think those mercenary fooks wearing the color, rotten chicken blue are gonna step up and win the league, just as feeling I have, and I think that last week was a bit of a wake up for van Gaal, and maybe, just maybe he has figured out that in the PL the way to championships is straight the fook towards the net, balls to the wall!

I get that Pep is a good manager and can certainly take City to another level and also win the PL cos lets face it as much as it is entertaining its piss poor in terms of how it can be won. I mean a few weeks back we were (most of us) were saying with a better Manager we would close to winning it properly.
As for ho long he will stay at City well that's another matter and he may not really stick around long and they still want CL Cup, so it will get down to managing Expectations big time.
AS for Ed i really hope he gets a DoF and sticks to making sponsor money and leaves the football decisions to those who know it

When top coaches start choosing City over this club, then that tells you a lot about where we are. I expect City to dominate for the next 2 or 3 seasons now because they have the players and a manager who isn't a tactical lemon. I just wouldn't trust Woodward to take this club through the next transfer window. Look at the mess he's made already.

Joe Hart won't be much hood as a sweeper keeper. Does he sign a new keeper?

Whether or not you want to admit it, Donald Trump has been a pretty damn successful businessman (despite the usual ups and downs any one in that game experiences.) There is no way on earth he should be anywhere next nor near to running America though. I feel exactly the same about Ed and Utd.

Can I just say the quality of City's squad is exaggerated. Class attack obviously but the other areas, not so much.
CB is a one man army and FB's are wrong side of 30. Toure will be first out of the door and the rest of the mid options are meh. The back 6 are gonna be in for a rude shock trying to learn the 7 sec rule.
Our mgr is appallingly crap that it has led fans to believe our squad is mediocre. Need 3-4 first teamers and 1-2 squad options. Similar numbers for city imo.

City in my opinion have always lacked the intensity of a top european side. Under Guadiola that won't happen anymore, players under him know they can't go into games and not play well because they won't be in the squad. I just think he will take them to another level despite the age of the squad. Toure's problem at Barcelona was Busquets not Guadiola. He was just a better fit, plus city offered him a kings ransom.

Set the quality aside but look at the impact of gegenpressing on pool's players. Most couldn't cope with the intensity. Don't you think Pep's high octane press would have similar consequences? Better fit is exactly what am talking about. Toure could not or wasn't bothered to play at required tempo for entire 90 min. He is 6 yrs older now. Anyway, I have been resigned to see Pogba boss it for them since he was spotted in Manchester around xmas time. All I'm saying is, there is more of a rebuild to do than many think not that he won't be a success. Expect Pep to average 1 trophy/season when he s done

Much as it pains me to say; Woodward (waste of sperm that he is) isn't going anywhere for the forseeable future so long as he keeps making money for the leeches in Florida. Leeches, like all parasites, couldn't give a toss about the feelings of their host, the only time they start worrying is when the host starts to die. So Woodward may be tainted by the whole LVG debacle, his position at the club will remain static so long as all those income streams keep flooding in.

Expect Pep to average 1 trophy/season when he s done That doesn't mean liverpools players won't adapt to it after a good pre-season. New ideas take time to gel, if there the right ones that is. The kind of pressing Guadiolas teams use isn't just about fitness but regimental coaching to always be in the right position to press the ball. An intense press becomes super effective if your players only have to press 5 to 10 yards instead of 15 to 20. Once Liverpools players adjust tactically then it becomes a lot easier, that's why they blow out after 60 minutes.
