Well done everyone. Sometimes this place will make you scream, sometimes we're at each other's throats but mostly it's fantastic. I know I wouldn't be anywhere else before or after a match. I think it'll be a happier, certainly more interesting place next year with a new manager. Fair play for holding the line for these 3 awful years. Our gallows humour has gotten us through!

I havent been on here from the start , browsed and ghosted for long time before deciding to join. I must say there is no better place to be than on here before , after and during matches as well. Here's hoping that Rom 10 will finally give way to a 10-0 United win in the near future  . Let's Keep the Flag flying high mates.  |

I actually think in 06 I was on a MUFC myspace forum (seems like ages ago) when one of the original lads brought up a new forum that was just created. Has been a happy relationship since!

I ended up on RoM bevause I needed somewer to vent my anger after the FA banned Scholes and Rooney for 3 matches at the start of the 06/07 season after their red cards in a pre season tournament in Amsterdam.. yet the year before Neil Mellor was sent off for Liverpool in a pre season game and excuse the pun, sweet FA was done about it

I ended up on RoM bevause I needed somewer to vent my anger after the FA banned Scholes and Rooney for 3 matches at the start of the 06/07 season after their red cards in a pre season tournament in Amsterdam.. yet the year before Neil Mellor was sent off for Liverpool in a pre season game and excuse the pun, sweet FA was done about it Has that ever happened again? It's fucking preseason. |

For me this place is important because I've lived in the north east for so long now that most of the people I know aren't United fans. This is the best place to find out how other United supporters feel. The people who phone into the radio are idiots, the bulk of the people on Twitter are even fucking worse. When you come here, there's people's opinions that you actually respect. And even the people you disagree with usually aren't fucking stupid. Except for that Bananarama character years ago. Anyone remember him? He was like the original wind up.
Anyway, without this forum I'd probably think I was the only fan who thinks Rooney's shite, and that would drive me into insanity.
