He's joined sky as a pundit for this season. He'll be on for the game on Sunday.

Imagine if he wasn't such a cunt? He'd have had his man 1 season later. It's so common in football for a manager to have to wait a year you'd think the dour cunt would be able to survive. He's probably ruined his career over that. The Glazers are spending money because they have to. 6th with one of the worst runs in decades in the last 2 -3 months of the season. They also know there is nowhere to hide. There is a marked unrest within the fan base . 2nd gave them the excuse not to push on. That’s why he was a cunt. Finishing 2nd with that lot truly was an achievement.

I hope he finds a good club soon enough. Really want to see the man back in action and hopefully back to his best. Because a motivated, dedicated Jose is hard to stop and despite his football style a joy to watch when everything works out

Realistically it's only the like of PSG or Madrid who will look at him at a push. Cant think any other super club who would chase him.

I like Jose and when he is on song he is peak fun and a winner but let’s be honest he has been toxic everywhere whether with board, players, media or fans. He really needs to take proper time out and hopefully in that time he strips some of that nonsense as it has gotten worst and more personal over the years, that is probably why he hasn’t gotten a new job.

Was it a problem that he was toxic with our board and management? Or with shit players who were giving ( and still probably aren't) fuckall effort for this club? I don't think so at all. I didn't mind that he threw attention on our owners and management one bit. He was completely fucked over in the transfer department. Our board did not back him over disciplining certain players. He could have been more tactful I'll give you that. He thought he came to the biggest club in the world though, and found out what a moldy old wreck it had become, and wasn't allowed to do his utmost to fix it. He had his faults too, plenty of them, but I have nothing but respect for him.

Throwing some of them under a bus didn't work.
Arm round the shoulder, being nice doesn't seem to be working for the current manager.
Time to get another guy in to manage the poor misunderstood souls?

He doesn't need a football manager, he needs a babysitter for his social media stars.

I still think he's shit house. Gets a title or two at each club by demanding the top money, sticking all players in front of the goals and then burning out as no one can stand the sour fucker after a while. I think top level football is done with him now as there are far better managers to give hundreds of millions too. Fuck him.

Tammy Abraham singing Jose's praises.
"There’s a reason why I call him the best manager in the world. He knows how to drive you, he knows how to get under your skin and he knows how to make you feel like a very special player at times. He’ll never tell you but I always want to do my best for him. He pushes me to do my best. When I feel like I’ve done enough he tells me I have to do more."
Not difficult to understand why those same coaching methods failed so badly with our bunch of wasters.

Not difficult to understand why those same coaching methods failed so badly with our bunch of wasters. mentality. If you have an old school mentality, Jose is your man because he will get players to run through walls for him. Modern day and it just ends badly. Chelsea Mk1 was filled with mature players that simply wanted to win, win and win some more. They didn't care about style, they just wanted to win by any means necessary. The same can actually be said about his inter team.
