Wonder what number De Gea will wear now that we have a new number one.

And this is why we needed to finish out of the top 4.

What cracks me up is that they seem to be under the impression that Klopp is better than Jose.
Don't get me wrong Klopp is a very talented manager but he's also been a runner-up for most of his career, even this year he has lost in two finals. No matter how you cut it Jose has done it in several countries including a remarkable European Cup with Porto.

I can't remember the last time there was so much excitement on here... ...or maybe that's just old age and I can't remember anything!! That's not old age, just Moyes+Van Gaal for you. ?

Absolutely delighted we have a manager now who can command respect. His last season was just a blip imo. On the contrary I think it's galvanized him. So much so that even though he is so content yet there were no gimmicks like "the chosen one" "only one" and so on. Instead I saw a steely determination, an intent in his eyes. The man has a point to prove. In that sense, both the Club and Jose are in a similar situation. Historically proven, but jolted in the recent past. The "arrogance"," cockiness" seems to be replaced by focus. Maybe it's a case of interpreting it as I want, but there seemed to me a certain bit of dignity. He has got the job he yearned, where there is no whim and fancy of the owners. But there is no jubilation. That comes later, next May.

"Giant clubs must be for the best managers" Maybe that's a subtle message regarding Fergie's succession.

even more remarkable with Inter Milan. The hadn't won it since 1965 and the first Italian team to ever win the treble!

Only 12 people have voted in the end of season awards? You bunch of wankers. Go and place your votes on this joyous day, and if you're British and not voted yet, then it's people like you that'll be keeping us in the E.U I told you Mod dudes to keep the thread open, but nooooo, it's an announcement (made zero difference the way I use the site), that'll do CaajScot Do your thing and link 'em buddy!!

Really chuffed today.
Won't lie, I didn't really want him 3 years ago, but things change. Circumstances change and I think we've all learnt more about the way football works since Fergie left than we did when he was here. Big clubs don't stand still, nothing changes faster than football does.
I'm happy to have pissed off every other top side. They all hate us even more now. Looking forward to a productive transfer window. Bring on pre season.

The only team to beat me – in all competitions – on FIFA 16 career mode when my team was on fire was Mourinho's Chelsea.
It's a signal from the football gods. It's him.

From the quiet, thoughtful way he is answering questions, the letter in January letting United know he wanted to be at OT, this is the job he has worked his whole career to get.
15 years, and MANY Titles form now he'll be sitting in the office sharing some fine wine with his latest victim. Those 3 crap years fans have suffered through, and now he can walk in and take the club back to glory and immediately start writing the legend that I geliefe he intends to become.
He is 100% confident in what he can do. Wonder if we won't start seeing players cutting a few days off holiday to come back and work with him
Embrace the Hate!
