I know how I'm voting but I know that we'll be staying. We've basically been given the illusion of a choice.

How is it an illusion? Its a very clear and open direct vote where everyone over 18 has an equal say. You and the country absolutely have a choice - the biggest choice anyone has made through voting for 40 years.
If the country chooses the opposite of what you voted for you can't say you didn't have a choice; you did, you just didn't choose the same option as the majority of voters.

Voting after work and I am voting Leave since that was my orginal gut feeling but that's irrelevant, the bookies now have it at 1/10 Remain, 8/1 Leave. It started at 3/4 Remain this morning.

Enough people may have made their minds up before today, but the decision is being confirmed today. If the polls are wrong and we vote to Leave then that will absolutely be the decision. The finer points of that will need to be thrashed out, but the act of Leaving will be set in stone.

ah yeah, anyone that has a difference in opinion is some kind of lunatic - I remember now. Voting Leave doesn't mean anyone is a lunatic. Thinking the vote is rigged (I assume that is what you mean) without any hard evidence whatsoever... that's not lunacy but it is incredibly spurious at best.
