He's back in all his glory in a bid to keep Sunderland in the premier league. Can't be just me that wants to put my foot through the telly whenever I see his gurning face. The press are back giving us the 'he was hard done to by big bad Manchester United' but funnily enough I haven't heard much about his failure at Real Sociadad.
GGrrrrrrr!!

Deluded fuck Moyes remains convinced United did not offer him a proper chance and suggested Louis van Gaal’s troubled Old Trafford reign highlights precisely why patience was required. “Managing Manchester United gave me an unbelievable idea of what life’s like at the top,” said the 53-year-old, looking slim, trim and slightly understated in a smart but conservative blue suit and tie. “I believe that [the top] is where I can work and where I should be working and where my level is. That’s what I saw in the time I was there.” The shattering experience of being sacked only 10 months after succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson could easily have broken a different personality but Moyes feels strengthened – and, strangely, vindicated – by that sojourn. “You don’t get offered those big jobs – Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United – for no reason,” reflected a coach whose latest club have not made a signing this summer. “I’ve said all along I was unfairly treated there. When you sign a six-year contract and you end up with 10 months … I didn’t win enough matches but you must say there were mitigating circumstances. And I think you could say there are maybe things which have gone on since then that would actually justify that even more so.” www.theguardian.com/football/2016/aug/01/david-moyes-sunderland-comfort-stability

Honest, humble, hard working man they said. Yeah right. Deluded wanker.
Has not been there a min and already started making excuses. Also, how convenient he is acting like Sociedad stint never happened.

I'd have less hate for the man if he quit the hard done to routine. He got the job because of his connections, the same connections that see the press fawning all over him at every opportunity. I hate Sunderland and was disapointed when Big Sam turned up because I thought he might be able to save them from relegation. Even more of a reason to wave them off into the championship now, unfortunately mid table Dave will probably keep them afloat.

Who the fuck offered him Madrid or Barca jobs ? I know what he means, but he's making it sound that he was in or offered more than one top job or that he is one of the elite managers.....dickhead

They say time's a healer, and sometimes it is, but not in this case. I've said it many a time on here, that 2-0 defeat away to Olympiakos was the lowest point of my football watching life. Even though we turned it round second leg, I can remember how angry I was after that game so vividly that it'd be impossible for me to fall victim to Moyes' revisionist history bollocks.
The mistake wasn't firing you Dave, the mistake was employing you. He's just a deluded, dithering prat.
Anyway, small time club for a small time cunt. Crack on.

He got found out and like anyone with the wrong mindset, its everyone's fault but his own. I wish someone would have challenged him during the press conference on the diabolic mistakes he made during his 10 months like overhauling the whole coaching staff needlessly and being primarily responsible for buying Fellaini and convincing LVG by subliminal means to play him as a midfield playmaker

Not that this man deserves or needs another thread, but I love his deluded attitude of how the last couple of seasons being shit justify that he should have had longer because everything was clearly such a mess and no one could have done anything.
The club got in the mess because of you, David.
We had a great team, great backroom staff, great morale and winning mentality.
You fucked off the staff left you, and brought your own in from mighty Everton. You fucked off the morale by doing things like telling Rio "best England defender of the last 20 years" Ferdinand that he should watch Phil Jagielka to learn how to defend.
You fucked off the winning mentality by openly telling the world that Manchester United aspire to be like Man "fucking" City, and proclaiming Liverpool as favourites to win a game at OT.
You failed to improve the team in any regard, believing Maourane "Oh sweet Jesus tell me it's all been a nightmare and he still plays for Everton, please" Fellaini to be a United type player.
Oh, and the last couple of season also being shit? Maybe that's due to the club insanely hiring another idiot manager who played shit football, a manager who bored his way to the semi's of the world cup after being sacked by both Barca and Bayern and hated with a passion by both sets of fans, which really should have told us something.

I started this thread because other than using the general one I couldn't find anything dedicated to this twerp and his delusions. Hopefully we can laugh at his mutterings and pearls of wisdom in this one.
