Decent first half. Wonderful finish from Lukaku and a good from Rashford as well. If only that awful 0-0 back in April was half as entertaining as this.

Good to see Lukaku with a couple of goals in our shirt. I know they're only friendlies but playing for United does bring a special kind of pressure, the last thing he'd need was to fail to score in the friendlies and have the press and rivals bigging up the pressure to finally find the net.
Great to see Rashford with 3 goals in 3 games as well. Very few young players hit the ground running then just improve season on season, most have a dip in form. He had his little dip last season, and hopefully comes roaring back this year. These goals can only be giving him massive confidence. |

This is part of the reason I'm so confused by the constant links to Perisic. Mkhitaryan put up fantastic numbers his last season in the Bundesliga, hopefully, after a year to settle in he'll really kick on and be more consistent week in week out. |
