i have seen a lot on here saying we have the best midfield. lets compare. granted that this isnt every game, but this is what the typical starting midfield will look like.

I think Jose works his magic this year. Scoring was our problem and that should be addressed with Lukaku along with increased returns from Rashford, Mkhi, Martial and Pogba. It also looks like we'll sign Ibra. No other club can clinch an impact signing like that in the middle of the year.

City and Utd are the two best sides imo. Chelsea are weakened and have European football. The key player in the whole league for me is Kompany. Whether or not we like it, they have more firepower than us and more game-changers. The middle of their defence is their Achilles heel. Kompany is the only one that can defend. So it depends on him I think. Hopefully his injuries continue as that gives us a great chance. And if we are in the mix and Ibra comes back then it gives us a massive boost.

Kompany's injuries have affected his game I feel. He isn't as Tenacious as he used to be. But his leadership on the pitch is vital as well so yeah, his absence on the pitch will be a vital chink to be exploited. |

Tottenham haven't lost a player. City have still got defensive problems and I'm not convinced we've improved the massive amount of points (26) we need to make up. It's a tough one but I think we'll be 3rd, possibly 4th. |

Lacazette to Arsenal hurt us too. I think a lack of dynamic forward/over reliance in Sanchez has hurt them the last couple of seasons.
