Why isn’t CBJ back in the squad when Blind, Darmian and Shaw are not good enough to win the LB slot ahead of Ashley Young? No sisrespect to Young, and he has been one of our better performers of late, but a LB he is not

I must admit I'd not seen a great deal of Mkhitaryan before he came here. Probably a handful of games for Dortmund in which he never stood out. His stats for them looked excellent though, so when we signed him I was looking forward to seeing how he'd do.
My opinion on him is that he's just not very good. There's some decent talent in the German league in terms of individuals but the standard of the teams is pretty average and like our league they're pretty average defensively, so many goal ridden games week in, week out. Looks like there was a lot of tarting up stats going on even for Dortmund.
I've just been completely underwhelmed by him, besides a few glimpses he's been utterly dreadful, especially in the Premier League. Doesn't have the game or the gut for it in my opinion.
Get rid in January.

It shouldn't be, but it almost is. When 60 million worth of LB’s are behind a winger in the pecking order then something has completely gone wrong. And Rojo isn’t any better at LB either. |

hi guys.. been a while since i posted here...got married and was generally bit busy but here iam ! Used to read the posts though  about todays match piss poor from United , mkhi mata looked shit , rom in invisible mode , no one of quality to drive the game from middle - herrera's touch and shooting seems to have gone shit , matic is slow (why not try TFM ?) , lindelof shit again - may still turn out to be good but he doesnt look like a 'Jose kind of CB' more like a pep one. we really really need pogba fellaini and bailley back and firing. |

At least jeep it semi real They're more than capable of playing in the first team. They proved this several times last season. No reason why they shouldn't be pushing for a spot with some of the dross we have in the squad at the moment. |

This game really took me back to how I felt during in the transfer window on how desperately we needed to sign ruthless players who are proven winners. We really lack these sort of people in our team, still way too many pedestrians who are okay with strolling when things are tough. It’s just inexcusable not to run like your ass is on fire when you are losing and there’s still a chance to get back into the game.
A few years ago if we clawed one back in and the result was 2:1 with 10 minutes to go we were in for a fucking treat. Where was the damn urgency and desire to AT LEAST get level? Come on!
Without a doubt this side has several players who aren’t good enough - whether that’s due to skill or desire, it’s just not enough. Can’t believe we are paying (and playing) someone like Jesse Lingard 90k pounds per week, it’s just madness.
Whatever happened during the international break that led to us start playing this badly and to Jose declaring his public admiration to PSG has to be resolved, and fast.

Matic's probably been our best player and Fosu-Mensah is on loan. ya married ! thanks .. oh and i forgot about fosu mensah on loan part... matic is a fine player but he looked bit slow to me during the match , need a back up to him. also what i feel is our general movement has been bit poor in last few matches , like so many times a player receives a pass in final 3rd wide area(mostly some long ball) and he is immediately ganged up by 2 or 3 players , none of our players move near and attempt to provide support or try and create numerical superiority. nor can our wide players put in any decent quality cross. |

I don't know why Martial seems to be getting an easy ride. He's had a few good appearances largely from the bench so far this season but the last few games he's looked as uninterested as he did last season. Only positive is that it's a big game up next (in the league), a chance to redeem ourselves against one of the best sides in the league. Because he’s still done more this season than the vast majority of this squad, and is still pretty young. Lingard is 3 years older than him and offers far less going forward. Let's be honest Martial had been good coming on with 20 minutes against crap opposition and exhausted defenders after Lukaku and Rashford and the odd peno. I think he's a talent but he's not a Mourinho player. Van gaal used him better and he was exceptional fopr a youngster in his first year. Mourinho hasn't got the best out of him.( He wanted the Club to spend 40M on Perisic) and there was clearly a block from the board/Woodward. It wasn't his fault today and yet he was dragged off and Lingard was left on. Mikki went out on the right and Fucking Lingard was our no 10 BTW lots of players getting hammered and the mention of missing players, but the one player who has been truly shit has been Herrera! Lots of people saying Matic was gassed because he was trying to do so much last 3 games. That's the key difference for me in the last 3 games. Nice bloke and all but the comparisons to Keane and future United Captain are a a joke. I would let him leave along with others and give Pereira a shot. We needed to buy a good CB this year knowing Jones can't stay injury free and he knows Smalling is not good enough. I said it was a mistake with Lindelof right from the start in the transfer thread.and we are paying for that now. He is not good enough. He's like a child l;earning to ride a bike |

Maybe Tuanzebe should be given time instead of Lindelof only because Lindelof is so shit. |
