I still get flash backs to when people said we had the two best full backs in the league in Darmian and Shaw after his good start.
All new signings will now have to pass the Darmian test of having to perform for over 2 months before I can rate them.
Doesn't help that he's been played at LB more often than RB

I may actually watch this after seeing the attack and the fact Shaw is starting. Hopefully they all perform so the manager doesn't have a valid excuse for not starting them on Saturday after his comments the other day.

I tread carefully here but Darnian isn’t completely horrible at RB. I still think he’s a decent RB backup. He’s just terrible at LB and Jose & LVG are both guilty of overplaying him there (though Jose learned his lesson in the end). |
