Honestly I wouldn’t be sad to see about half this XI (Romero, Blind, Darmian, Rojo, Young) gone next year. Some have been better servants than others but I have absolutely no confidence that any of those are or will be good enough for us going forward. Combine with Carrick, who I am sad to see go but his time has obviously come, and that’s over half of today’s team that IMO should not be on the player payroll next year. Let’s hope Jose is giving them a final goodbye... |

I have zero idea why he isn't playing some of the younger academy players. I'm baffled, makes no sense whatsoever. The game is a dead rubber, ffs. |

There is absolutely nothing hanging on this game for either side or the league. I guess it's farewell to Darmian, Blind and Carrick. I expected to see some youngsters at least on the bench and given minutes, bit of a waste of an opportunity
