On a serious note, most of the club's problems stem from them. That doesn't mean Jose hasn't caused or exacerbated some as well.
But the difference is - we (the fans) can get rid of Jose, or at least put pressure on him that the owners then react to. We talk about the manager's position, and the player's positions, because they can be changed and improved upon. There's a certain hopelessness about talking about the Glazers. They're sticking around and don't give a fuck. We're pretty powerless against them - I'd love for Green and Gold to come back, but it doesn't seem likely, and in fairness it made fuck all difference in the end.
So they don't get talked about as much, because it's all a bit depressing and inevitable. Easier, and more interesting, to talk about things that a) have a more immediate influence than their long-term cuntish actions, and b) could actually be changed in the short/mid-term. We all just kind of accept that we fucking hate them and move on to talk about something else.

The club has been on a downward trend since these Quaker faced twats turned up, Iv worked for an American company in the past and we knew from the start that our days were numbered when they bought us, we were selling a global product but once a US company took over it went tits, the sooner they go the better I fucking despise them.

The Glaziers were a product of leveraged buyouts. I first blame the shareholders that sold to those filthy investors, if they had a once of integrity they would have found a responsible buyer who loved the club #1.
Then they used the buyout cost and rolled it into the United debt and virtually paid nothing for the club. Now it's just about milking the cash cow until it doesn't make sense anymore. Sadly we have been screwed by the old owners and the new.

Because Fergie was covering their arses for years and while dickEd keeps hiring managers there are other scapegoats to find for the masses. Fc Utd was the biggest two fingers they got. While fans are wearing the green and gold but paying into the club it will continue. You have to hope they get bored and sell up. |
