Poch is definitely more preferable that Allegri in my opinion but if we miss out on either of them it's not the end of the world. There's a lot of excellent young coaches about, for example Ralph Hasenhüttl is at Southampton, or Erik ten Hag at Ajax. The question is, what do we need?

Diallo, the kid we bought from Atalanta, has come off the bench. Watch it if you can. He’s caused a lot of problems for the opposition already. He looks as good as advertised. His close control is absolutely sensational.

Our scouts (who are almost certainly hamstrung by the set up) get stick but deserve praise for this. I know he’s been touted at underage level as a potential great but we for once bit the bullet and acted. Hats off.

Ok, so most of you will probably see what happened in Paris with the Romanian refs. As a Romanian I feel kind of shit after this because everyone is going to point the finger at us and just want to explain for a moment what actually happened.
The assistant ref pointed at someone from Istanbul's bench and said "tipul negru". In Romanian this translates as "the black guy". Negru = black.
This might also not be the best way to say it, maybe he should've jusy pointed or something but I just felt the need to explain the situation.
Not saying that we don't have our fair share of racists here unfortunately but I feel that this was just a huge misunderstanding. I'm open to discussing this and educating myself though.

Yeah that sounds more realistic but still just really stupid on his part in the current climate. You'd think they'd have had training in pointing players/coaching staff out to avoid this

There's 'enough' messaging being put in football right now for him to be somewhat educated about this honestly, its on his gaddamn sleave. I'm not calling him a racist but he should know better no excuses.
