I've been on my exercise bike for the half so I can shed some of this fat but I'm not sure if I'll be washing off sweat or trying to scrub away the memory of that half.

What's really telling is when teams are practically taking the piss out of us when they're on ball. What we USED to do to teams ourselves.
I don't think West Ham had to really exert themselves to get the points.
