Glad I spent money going to see that pile of wank. Oh well at least i got a hotel instead of driving back to Bristol tonight. One of the worst games I’ve seen at OT, atmosphere was awful apart from the odd collective moan. Man is destroying our club.

I actually felt for some of our players tonight. Work rate was noticeably up but their heads look fried. Tactically all over the place, nobody really knows what they are supposed to be doing!
I don't think I have ever seen our confidence to be so low and it's apparent when they try and play football.
Mourinho really is mentally exhausting.

I was just thinking about our CB's there, then noticed Ajax got a draw with Bayern. Daley Blind absolutely shouldn't have been the first defender out of the door. I'm sure he's playing midfield for Ajax and he'll be happier doing so, but he did have some good performances at CB for us. Granted all of our defenders have at some stage had a good performance or two, and Blind absolutely wouldn't have been the answer, but still. At least he was technically proficient. I don't even know what I'm saying anymore. He was better than fucking Phil Jones is what I'm getting at. He didn't run about pulling faces like a dog hanging out of a car window or have wild half volleys from 50 yards. I wasn't embarrassed at the sight of him, and at the minute that's about the maximum you can wish for in a player as a United fan.

Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho speaking to BT Sport: "We had probably a couple of the biggest chances to win it but I have accepted the result as a fair result. I said in pre-season last season was phenomenal to finish second. And I don't say more than that. "The players tried. They raised the level of their efforts. They raised the level of their intensity in spite of the fact we don't have many with that intensity. We don't have the technical quality to build from the back. "We tried to do something we did well which was to stop a fast team on the counter attack. We knew we wouldn't create 20 chances. Our attacking players aren't in their best moments of confidence and individual level. We thought with three or four chances we would score and win the game. "It is a not a bad result. Not a good result, but not bad. We have two matches against Juventus to make points. It is a very difficult group, yes. "We have Newcastle before the league stops then we have Chelsea and Juventus in three days. It will be good for the team if we can beat Newcastle." What a fucking idiot he is. We raised our level of intensity on occasion, but it was with zero cohesion, leaving us open and exposed numerous times. Says it all that he only expects us to create 3 or 4 chances, at home, against an average Valencia side. How the fuck does he ever expect his players to be motivated and want to play for him when all they ever do is criticise them. The sooner he fucks off the better. He can also take the complete and utter fraud Lukaku with him. Pogba gets criticised for the tiniest thing, yet that fucking lump up top who has literally been diabolical all season barely gets mentioned. Was glad to hear Keown tonight pointing out how much of a fucking statue he is. He's in the Fellaini camp of people who need to be shipped out ASAP.

Wow that was bad, and I pay extra to see the CL games and replays on BR live. Jose has to go but what is he supposed to say about these players? We need a massive overhaul. I would keep David,Dalot,Marcus,Jesse,Luke,Fred and give Martial another chance. The others could go. Watching this team play is not entertaining at all.

That was as bad as anything Moyesie served up. Absolute DIRT. It really wasn't. Short memories. Who has a short memory? 1/4 finals CL and a decent stab at Bayern, semis of the league cup and 7th in the PL We won't get close to Moyes first season under this clown this year. His signings were better than this fucks too and I hate Moyes BTW

Are we really going to wait till it's mathematically impossible to qualify for the champions league before we get rid of Mourinho?

Moyes claimed that nearly beating Bayern in the Champions league quater final was a good result. How we laughed. Look at us now. I'd love to see us there.

For him to justify last nights results with any sort of satisfaction shows just how out of depth he really is.
He's lost the players, they're out there without a care in the world putting in next to no effort and its a regular thing, they're just not bothered. You've got Pogba hugging and laughing with opponents or doing stupid fucking dances, players needlessly passing the ball backwards not even bothered to attack, lumping the ball in the air carelessly resulting in diddly fuck all, its pathetic.
I hope whoever comes in and replaced this fucking fraud reigns that shit in just like Fergie would or boot the cunts out, fed up of seeing zero commitment. We need to get back to the way we used to be as a football club instead of the circus we are right now.

Most, including Alexis and Lukaku started brightly, then after 5 minutes seemed to become bored with the whole exercise and sat back in their winged leather armchairs with their cigars and brandy. Only Rashford and Shaw grafted as though they meant it. If José goes now we may get something out of this season in terms of qualifying for the Champions League etc, if not, mid-table mediocrity beckons. BTW, anyone up for Carrick ( supported by a couple of other ex-players) managing short-term to see how how fairs? Just chucking it out there.

Are we really going to wait till it's mathematically impossible to qualify for the champions league before we get rid of Mourinho? With the incompetence rampant in the hierarchy at our club, I wouldn't put it past them. He should have gone after the West Ham game, after last night's steaming pile of shite it copper-fastens that view. Scholesy is correct, how on earth is this lunatic still in charge at our club?

Honestly, I have no idea why I watched the entire game yesterday. It was so, so bad.
Jose isn't out of his depth - he's won his fair share of trophies, but he certainly lost key figures in the dressing room and was never the right person for this job to begin with. I don't know why I ever thought he might change, but everything he does, everything he says just shows that this was never meant to be. The sooner he leaves the better it will be for everyone (including Jose, he's looked unhappy for at least a year and a half now).
The biggest challenge for whoever comes next is to rebuild our identity as a positive, attack-minded football club. This could take more than one or two seasons, so that person needs to be able to take on a several year project, but also to be given the assurances that he'll be given the time and resources to complete it. Which means that the next person we hire MUST be absolutely spot on. It also goes without saying that some major restructuring is required - it's time to become modern and hire a director of football to ensure the implementation of our long-term vision as a club, and to be the link that'll provide continuity between managers.

No. I would love it as a football romantic but it didn't and wouldn't work with Giggsy and he was a bigger club legend and a better player. (And I love Carrick) We need a better base before we can give the reigns to inexperience. It works at Barce because the team is already set. The coach literally just takes over. We are in turmoil. Carrick wouldn't be any worse, but it would end his future career by failing here when he (and the team) wasn't ready.

I'd gladly take Carrick for a game or two if it meant this jumped up cunt getting the boot while details are finalised with whoever comes in to replace him.
Hardly going to do more damage is it, if anything it might even lift the players a bit.
