I usually Intermittent Fast 5 days a week. 8 hours of eating. 16 hours of fasting. It’s perfect for keeping the fat off and your weight in check. Plus all the other health benefits you get from it

No meat for nearly three weeks. its alarming. im not going full plant based but definitely reducing my meat intake and massively upping my plant based. its dairy that I struggle with more than meat though as I love cheese

The guy who narrates Game Changers is an owner of a Pea Protein company, so no ulterior motives there...

It's no surprise that eating whole foods helps health etc, but at the same time a lot of the experiments are done in isolation. The football players eating burritos and then getting their blood centrifuged for example. One of the lads has been eating a plant based diet for years. One guy eats fried chicken every meal. Of course there's going to be a result that fits the narrative the film's putting across. And this is coming from someone who eats 4 or 5 vegan meals a week.

I am really interested in health and fitness but this was an angle I had never seen. I wont be stopping eattin meat and dairy but I will surely be cutting down. Im plagued with the Phil Jonesis and constantly injured, so if it helps me recover and reduces my injuries im all for it. if it works for Messi, Ageuro, Lewis Hamilton, etc there must be something to it

Balls to no eating meat. Certainly couldn't last 3 weeks Been using the keto diet as a guide for the past 2 1/2 months so basically low carbs. Cut out all the shit, beer, bread etc and eating plenty of eggs, meat, fish and veg. In that time I'm down 3 stone. My only issue and regret with it is I didn't start sooner.

Didn’t do it for the right reasons , so no chance. The only New Years resolution I kept 30 years ago this January. 😎

My only issue and regret with it is I didn't start sooner. my mate tried loads of diets and it was keto that eventually clicked for him. dropped a shit load of weight. I struggle with not having dairy more than meat. im just goin to have meat for a treat at weekends now and so far im enjoying a change in what I eat regularly for my meals at work. used to be chicken, rice and veg. now im having chilli's, currie's, stir fry's much more flavoursome and its helpin my bank account too as I find it cheaper

One thing I have learnt during this time though is the shit in some things. I'm trying to stick between 50-70g of carbs a day (does go slightly over sometimes) one wrap or one slice of bread is 3/4 of that.
Never been one for looking at the contents of food and never thought I'd give a shit either but its opened my eyes which has been a huge help.
I like to season my chicken, pork etc so I've used the season bags you can buy in Tesco to make it easier (Maggi I think they're called). After seeing what's in those all I do now is mixed my own spices together with some olive oil and make a rub. Far better.

Sure we had a gym thread. Either that or I'm blind as fuck. Anyway. First time back in the gym for nearly 12 months. Shaking like a shitting dog afterwards. Makes you wonder afterwards why the fuck?

There's a Joe Rogan podcast where game changers gets totally debunked. I haven't gotten around to listening to it yet.

In the last 2 weeks I have lost almost a stone, I'd been limiting my calorie intake to 1500 per day but I've also been doing time limited calorie intake and only eat between 12pm and 4pm then no food for 20 hours.
