Sure we had a gym thread. Either that or I'm blind as fuck. Anyway. First time back in the gym for nearly 12 months. Shaking like a shitting dog afterwards. Makes you wonder afterwards why the fuck? have you stuck with it ? There's a Joe Rogan podcast where game changers gets totally debunked. I haven't gotten around to listening to it yet. think its been taken down. after this he has the fella who made Game Changers and the Debunker both on to debate and argue. so the debunker ends up being debunked!

Yeah been going most days to be honest. Physically fucked afterwards but feel its benefits. Haven't lost weight as much as I did before but feel my body changing and shaping more. Lost like 4 stone before I started there so using it now to tighten up a bit. Trying to lose a bit more aswell but isnt happening at the moment, need together back into a stricter routine of eating as I've wavered from it a bit lately. Using isolate protein powder aswell which helps. Only been doing it for 6 weeks so still very early days. My only regret is not doing it years ago. Better late than never I guess.

In the last 2 weeks I have lost almost a stone, I'd been limiting my calorie intake to 1500 per day but I've also been doing time limited calorie intake and only eat between 12pm and 4pm then no food for 20 hours. Sounds miserable!

Better late than never I guess. don't beat yourself up about it, its really hard to stick to diet especially when its winter and its cold and wet. I cant stay out the chippy. as long as I eat healthy during the day I don't mind what I have for tea. that will change once it starts getting lighter and warmer. just keep hammering away in the gym. are you doing classes or having PT's? how I keep myself going is - the training sessions you don't want to do, are the most important.

I thought it would be but it seems like a natural way to eat for some reason, took me 0 days to get used to it.

Been going with a mate from work. Hes been into his weights for years so been taking tips and workout routines from him. I actually look forward to going, drained by the end but really enjoy it.
