Ole might have just been told by the board to put CL qualification ahead of trophies. Common from owners these days, especially ones like ours, and you couldn't blame Ole for doing as he's told to try and get the job full time.

If lukaku and sanchez can't perform tonight in this I'd sell them before before Jan ends, those 2 best had put a performance in tonight and then? play who if rashford/lingard/martial need a break or get injured? that would be a stupid decision to sell them both in january, apart from the fact that it is impossible. |

Ole probably realises that his best chance of the job is CL qualification! Maybe that's why we have the team we do ? i'd put a hefty wager on the possibility that Ole was spoken to extensively about the need to qualify for the CL before he was appointed. I'd also put a sizable bet on the fact that the FA Cup was hardly mentioned, if at all. clearly i have no way to prove this however. with regards to the team selection, that is still a strong side and very capable of bussin' Le Arse open and doing some damage............  |

Pogba-esque crossfield ball from Arsenal on the edge of their box, completely caught our right hand side out. Young hustled back into the center of defense and cleared the danger. It was a really good ball, didn't see who played it.
