Was just gonna say this. I'm not backing it for obvious reasons but us at 2/1 at home considering the form we're in is crazy. I'd be all over that if I wasn't cursed. Don't even think about it. Don't even think about thinking about it. Don't worry, I'm not even thinking about thinking about thinking about it.

Ole will look to exploit the dreadful positioning of that over-hyped RB you’d think. Robertson and Mane facing Mata (? god forbid) and Young on our right flank... I just hope Mane carries his form in front of goal from last night. I reckon he is their key player I think we'll go with the diamond again, which means Ander covering for Young. Shouldn't be a problem. Big Rom has enough to cause Robertson problems as right forward as well. He should pin him back.

I can't quite believe them odds.. yeah they are top but given how we have been playing I think it'll be much much closer than the odds suggest. Bayern stifled them very well, they just didn't have much up top to create anything of note.
If we win the midfield battle (which we should), I think we've got a great chance of winning.

The Bayern players did extremely well to calmly keep the ball under Liverpool's attempts to press. In all fairness, I can't see the likes of Smalling/Jones, Young and Shaw exchanging passes on the edge of our box under pressure from Salah, Mane and Firmino. Well, I hope they won't

Loving the way Ole has let Herrera off the leash he looks like he’s living on raw meat, another display like the one against Chavski will do just fine.

He looked lost when Jose was here thats not correct though. herrera never really looked lost under mourinho. ander was player of the year in jose's first season. he got overlooked in his second season but never looked lost. even before mourinhos arrival, herrera played some fantastic football in other positions. he plays on a different level now and is probably the smartest player on the pitch. but that doesnt mean that he looked lost prior to that, its just the way he was used or not used at all.

Yep, history seems to have been rewritten here.

My husband is going to this.
His last 3 three were Burnley, Arsenal and Seville. He’s due a win!
He also had the pleasure of the EL one against Pool a few years back.
Maybe he’s the bad luck charm?

To all those going to this...you're bastard's! He’s been to some cracking games tbf. Scouse in Fergies last season . The away one when Van Persie scored. Chelsea at home under Conte the 2 nil one when Herrera scored. The Treble season including Fa cup final and the Nou camp. The game when Cantona returned after the Kung Fu kick against the Scouse. He went to Porto away, might have been when Jose was there actually? My few visits were decent generally. The last game against Wigan in the league when we won it there in 2008. That was a cracker. I went against Arsenal the month before when we won 2 -1. Happy Days!

Think the only time Jose managed them against us was 2004.

I could have made my point clearer perhaps. I was referring to the first part of this season, when Herrera just faded.

Under Ole most of the players have inproved but one of the players Im glad to see do that is Matic. First half of the season he looked leggy and out of it. Under Ole he's been immense in thst midfield. Both him and Herrera have become a wall in the middle of the pitch.
If they produce the same on Sunday then we should smash these inbred cunt's.
