Ole do your job. don't be relying on fergie. I’m going to say this- If you asked 1000 Utd fans about this, you and maybe one other would have this reaction. alryt let him come him and have a quick word, but why tell the world your letting fergie do your team talk. its oles time to prove himself that he doesn't need anyone else running his ship

I don't know if Jose got Fergie to give team talks, but I'm pretty sure he got him to ride on the team bus, so there's precedent for getting him involved.

And yet if Ole had said a flat "no" instead, when asked that question, he would have been accused of disrespect or not taking advantage of an opportunity. He was asked a question by a reporter and said yes. He didn't decide himself to let Fergie do the team talk. Imagine it had come out next week that Fergie had asked to say a few words and Ole had turned him down??

2bh I don't care if Fred the red does the team talk, just so long as we smash them. Getting bored of looking at fb today and seeing the bin cretins coming out the woodwork claiming they "have the better side". Just put them back in their rat infested, 3rd world hidey hole ffs.
Hurry up Sunday!

Not much motivation needed for this one.
A) It's Liverpool B) We could gut their title challenge
Considering Ole's at the wheel, the players will be up for this.
It feels so much better not having to worry about the players being motivated for a big game - marked change from what it has felt like for the last 4+ years.
Hope to see Dalot starting more, I feel like Young isn't up to the pace of the game against the bigger sides. Looked lost against PSG at times for me.

Ole do your job. don't be relying on fergie. lol mate, imagine how many managers over the course of Sir Alex's career have called him to ask for advice? Hundreds I'd wager.

In fairness, Young did very well against Salah in this fixture last year.

Occasionally it needs to be said but our club is extremely blessed to have a healthy and active Sir Alex and Sir Bobby around the Club. If Fergie wants to pay a visit and say a few words before the game then the players should feel lucky to be in his presence. I'm sure the dippers would love a few inspirational words from Shankley and Paisley but instead they got Kenny.

Ole can hardly say in the presser that if the greatest manager in the history of British football wanted to say a few words to the team, that he'd tell Fergie to get fucked.
