The last 3 games he's played he's done absolutely fuckall. To me, the words world class and elite only have meaning if there's consistency. As of now, he isn't consistent. He hasn’t been since we bought him back. Flashes of brilliance to remind us of what he can do followed by long spells of absolutely nothing. I’m always genuinely perplexed at why so many fans feel the need to defend the man. all of us give him shit and rightly so. but again, 14 and 10. |

All of this is our own doing. Watford haven't been great we're just literally handing the ball back to them with minimal effort.

I would like to see him when he has more capable midfield partners along side him, that help shoulder some of the burden. As much as I like Herrera and Matic they too go missing in alot of games |

Midfield has been joke today. We need some big decisions this year to bring in some players with energy who can control a game of football in central midfield and make things happen!
Shaw, Jones and Smalling been good today Mata and Rashford at times too. Midfield is a massive problem for us now
