Lots of people have said it already Carbs, but you know we're all here to talk to if you need to. I've had to deal with this with my Wife and daughters many times over the past few years as it's something that has run through all of them at some point. It's easy for us to just throw a few words on a message board but you know yourself there are a decent lot in here and communication can make a huge difference.

I can't remember my original password & want to change it to something I will remember.
Tried changing it ,it's asking for my old password as part of the change process.
Any suggestions please?
