Pereira goal of the season.
Katie Zelem Ladies player of the year.
Cant argue with any of that.

I’m happy for Shaw, he’s one of the few who hasn’t let his standards drop (bar one or two mistakes) and has shown good character to come back from various difficulties. I would have been happy for Vic to win for the same reasons. As shite as our defence has been, 1/2 of it is actually very good. It shouldn’t be that bloody hard to fix.

Embarrassing issuing an award to any of our senior squad to be honest. Should’ve just given them to the youth players/ladies and not bothered with the seniors.
None of them deserve any recognition whatsoever. They don’t deserve a chance to parade down a red carpet and enjoy themselves. Talk about Shaw and Lindelof, but for me they’ve had average seasons really. Now, alright it’s difficult playing alongside fucking idiots, but even then, I don’t think either of them has excelled. Shaw’s been better than he was when he was fat/injured, but I don’t think you should be issuing anyone an award for that. He’s done what’s expected of him, the bare minimum for me, and nowt more.
Having said that, if we had to give awards out, I’d have given it to McTominay cos everyone else has been a disgrace at some point other than him.
