I’ve never been a Harry basher, especially as our defensive stats improved dramatically when he joined. With a new, solid partner, I have high hopes for them as a pair. Hardly his fault he cost a ridiculous amount, and if he can start to chip in with some regular goals he’ll pay it off in installments anyway. It is, however, his fault that he's shite. Each to their own! 😆 |

It actually doesn’t matter if Maguire was match fit or not, he’s always been shit. Bailly may be fragile but he’s a much better footballer. Tuanzebe is a better footballer. Lindelof is shit but would maybe work alongside someone who isn’t utterly useless.
Woodward bought him as a crowd pleaser because the Engerlund fans rated him, and now doesn’t want to get rid of his trinket. This is a team that the media says is world-beating by having Trippier and Rice as *star* players, and is managed by Southgate.
The revisionism around Maguire being a key player is bizarre. On a good day the idiot is bang average. Usually he’s useless.
