This is the one managerial appointment where the fans will turn on the owners not Ole. Don't be so sure. I hate the owners as much as the next person but the mistakes being made at the moment are on Ole not the snakes. You've got Greenwood and Chong on the bench, he brings on Lingard and Matic. 4-3-3 doesn't work with the shit we have either. Square pegs and round holes. Correction, the fans shouldn’t turn on Ole. |

Start him or get him on the moment the left back gets a red. Did we buy one? Did we have a 3 month chase for one that was all over the media? Dybala link was an accident as Juve offered us him. Looks like the only striker he tried to buy was Mandzukic and they didnt like how much he was available for. We have no idea on what’s going on behind the scenes. But based on the past 5 years i don’t think our club knows how to navigate the market. As for Mason he’s 17 and not going to give us anything more than rashford right now as depressing as that is. We won't know until we try. I'd say at the minute it wouldn't be too difficult. But he needs to be given more than 8 minutes to make an impact, should have been on as soon as Danso went off. |

Exactly. I don't know what people are expecting from these kids, Greenwood and the rest need conditions to develop where they're not under pressure to score a fucking winner like today. That is ultimately what we're asking for. The squad is absolute garbage. Easier to score in 20 minutes than in 10. Aye, more time for him to miss a sitter and feel like he's cost us a win, have his confidence knocked and receive abuse from trolls on twitter which knocks him even more. I'm assuming this is Ole's thinking.
It's fucking brutal playing for us at the minute.

Can't expect much from anyone and that's part of the problem with throwing these kids in. In the past they were thrown in with brilliant players in brilliant teams who were winning games like this with consummate ease.
I personally feel like this is why we're seeing an underwhelming Rashford right now. He's had zero protection since his debut. Straight into the side and having his performances scrutinised week in week out since the age of 18. With people demanding stuff from a player of his age and experience that they wouldn't normally be but we're in such a shit position right now that someone like him instantly becomes an important player for the club.

Might be an unpopular opinion but I just think too many excuses are made for Rashford, its not like he's only just breaking into the united first team. He's been given a huge pay increase, you expect to see that one the pitch and we dont. However on the other side I do feel foe him because of the shit state the squad is in that he's being forced to play central because we dont have many other options when he should be out wide.
When he's on form he's great but when he's having a poor game its a nightmare for the lad.
