Traore isn't ready. He is physically ready but makes too many mistakes on the ball. This time next year hopefully it all clicks. At times he looks like Viera/Yaya.

He strode through the west ham U23 midfield today. And he might be a better option than Matic, who also isn't getting playing time. If Matic isn't nursing some hidden injury it's perplexing how his legs have just gone. I loved Matic's performances when he arrived but having a center mid who can't run is a bit of a problem! I'd also like to see Garner get some minutes.

I'd also like to see Garner get some minutes. He was playing mostly on the left wing today, Galbraith and Levitt controlled the midfield Garner is far and away the best option from our U23s. Traore could one day be really good but needs a lot of work. When you watch him more you'll see what were on about.

Hopefully that’s Mata centrally and not RW.

Hopefully that’s Mata centrally and not RW. It will be RW. I'm resigned to it now.

I’d have liked to see:
Periera McTominay James Pogba Rashford Greenwood

Golden opportunity here to play Greenwood in front. Rashford plays a lot better on the left wing I think. Greenwood flanked by James and Rashford would have been genuinely exciting.
