Apparently the game hasn’t sold out as yet according to a couple of United fan sites.
Tickets still available including Stretty Upper and other sections of the stadium.
Some fans might be voting with their feet, either that or they don’t want to witness it, if we get thumped. Or can’t afford it or don’t want to watch shite.

I hope a huge number of fans dont go. Empty seats in a United v Liverpool game? That's bad optics, especially for those cunts

Probably the best game to prove a point really.

Same. First time back as a 'proper' adult. Already talking about next year. Favourite was Big Thunder or Pirates but both take a back seat to Avatar: Flight of Passage. Incredible. Literally amazing. We got a FastPass+ which is vital. Didn't see a wait time under about 95 minutes all day. Highest was 205/210 minutes. Pirates is my favourite I think. I loved Flight of Passage too. It looked so real, incredible stuff. How’s the Millenium Falcon ride? And you are there at a somewhat reasonable time of year. Slightly less people and heat is manageable. Still over 2 hour wait for rides 🙈 October is actually one of the busiest times of year. The Americans love Halloween and flock there for all the decorations etc. (Sorry for derailing this thread!) Smuggler's Run is good but if you're familiar with Mission: SPACE it's a bit like that. 'Interactive' with a crew who are supposed to hit the correct buttons at the correct times to line up with the narrative. We're only the two of us so were in the pod with a family of four, two young kids. The parents weren't into it and the kids didn't really know what was going on. Took away from the overall experience a bit. Crowds haven't been too bad actually. Derailing the thread is usually bad. In this one it's a nice distraction.

According to the site, the game is sold out.
So if there are tickets on sale on fan sites it won't matter as the club already have their money.

The United fan sites I was looking at earlier had the 3D type photos of the areas of the stadium that weren't sold out, a good chunk of the Stretty Upper wasn't sold out.
I suppose the official site is going to say it's sold out anyway, okay it may well be the case but I don't trust anything coming out from club sources.
Some fans may well not be bothered though, but I'm speculating really. If they get a couple of early goals there could well be a bit of an exodus from the stadium - won't look good on TV towards the end of the game anyway! We'll see.

Ah yeah, the empty seats will look bad, especially for a game that has as much history behind it as this one. Should (but won't) lead to questions being asked by the media if there are. But from a bottom line perspective the gimps won't care when they already have the money. Empty seats, cos they weren't sold at all, should (but won't) make the gimps sit up and think. But that will all depend on there not being enough fans waiting in the wings, to take up any slack.

Empty seats may matter for optics but it won’t register on the Gimps’ radar. Matchday revenue is a smaller and smaller part of overall revenue nowadays anyway.

Yeah I thought that’d happen a lot where you get paired with people who have no idea. Cool concept but don’t think they’ve nailed it; a real shame as they managed to make Avatar, which barely anyone cares about, bloody incredible. Maybe the other Star Wars ride will fix that. BTW, if you book your next year trip asap, they’re offering free dining when you stay on site. Only available to book until Nov 5 I think.

Then the Glazer spawn might finally fuck off.

One of our last hopes was a DDG masterclass. That’s extinguished.
