i`m looking forward to this one. main reason for that though is, the home fans and the way they will "welcome" us. the atmosphere there will be an absolute nightmare, lets see if our players can cope with that. they should but you never know with this group. partizan will have a massive 12th man in that stadium.

Got to build on the promising aspects of Sunday. If we don’t turn that into a run of wins we’re no better than the game raising clubs like West Ham or Everton that we so often moan about.

Just hope they don't take it too far, I smell racism. thats my biggest fear aye. i have no problems with flares etc, i actually like that and believe sometimes those kind of atmospheres are missing. but i really hope it doesnt turn into something ugly. |

Yeah that's one thought that's gone through my head about yesterday. Plenty of shit midtable teams can up their game when the big guys are in town. The scouse used to do it to us all the time when the roles were reversed.
Need to make sure it is a turning point and not just a one off.

Since when does AWB play CB??? It's a big stretch to see him there? Especially against smaller teams/Europa? Hardly novel thought to play fullback as a CB in a 3, fam. |

Players have roles rather than cookie cutter positions that they can adjust to with different managers or formations. Carrick was never a deep lying playmaker until he was for instance. Or Giggs at CM. |
