Well I guess I'm doomed to have a one game away win streak. The miserable Stamford Bridge where the rents will be on a revenge mission...but fuck it we'll win 3-2.

I am in two minds about how Ole lines up. I think he will rest DDG and Young but I reckon he will play everyone else. I'm disappointed Greenwood played the full 90 mins today as it means it's unlikely he travels for this. (Although I delighted he scored and won us the game) In which case we likely wont have much option off the bench unless we rest Rashford or James.
My optimistic guess is
Romero
AWB Lindelof Maguire Williams
Garner McSauce Fred
Rashford Martial James
He could opt to rest either Andreas or Fred and play Garner, or he might play them both and have Garner on the bench.
He could well start Jesse so it means either Rashford or James can make an impact later in game.
He could even revert to back 5. Be interesting to see how much he wants this trophy

It would be great for Ole/us/the kids to win this Cup, but not at the expense of shredding an already threadbare side. No idea who should play, but would rather see the likes of Young, Lingard, Matic, Mata start. It seems crazy to have played Greenwood the full 90 when we need him for this. We will still squeak this one, 0-1. |

Yeah, remove Andreas and that works for me. Like three in the back for this one. Williams deserves a start and great chance to get Garner some burn too. I’m for managing McT’s minutes a bit in his first year of full time duty so let Fred handle this one. |

Talking out of both sides of my mouth here but hoping we treat this bigger than starts for Jones/Lingard while acknowledging a league win against Bournemouth is more important.
Think you’ve gotta play Garner and give McT or Fred a break. Shouldering such a big load with Pogba/Matic out.
