it needs to be said again: mctominay is everything i want to see from a manchester united player. his work rate, fight, mentality, physical strength and toughness is what should set the standard for each and every player of this club.

Enjoyed that game. Some fast, cutting attacks, should have been 5 or 6 goals, solid team effort. Williams looked good, McTominay was running the show , hope that injury wasn’t serious. It’s only BHA but still think it was a performance that should be very encouraging.

McTominay missing would be a massive blow, we're ridiculously light in midfield already and he's the only midfield starter we have right now that'd get in another top half side (Pogba being injured and jury still out on Fred, even if he's played well the past 6 weeks or so).

Dan James, Williams, McTominay all excellent today, Rashford should be on 18 goals for the season must improve.
Lindelof isn’t a United player though, rubbish in the air and very average with the ball at his feet, he makes Maguire nervous too.

Special mention for Fred. Probably his best game in a United shirt. Although he was quite good against PSG last season.
