What does Axel need to do to get a start? Stay fit? Bit like Brown he seems destined to be perpetually injured when needed.

It should be considered. Our loanee is tied for most clean sheets in the PL with a back line that just 6 months ago we’re still championship players.

Are we seriously calling for Dave to be dropped now aswell? Fucking hell.
He makes the odd mistake. He's done far more good than he has bad.
We have players making mistakes week in week out.
Lets drop Lindelof. Rashford has made plenty of mistakes as Dave lets drop him aswell. Fuck it McTominay has miss placed a few passes so lets drop him.
Jesus fucking christ.

I'd drop him but only for a game or two. It might wake him up. He's one of the best keepers in the world and we need to get him acting like it again.

Not nothing against a bit of competition but some of the shit I've read since the game is incredible, the level of abuse he's had is embarrassing.

Seems Ole did go in on the players to a certain measure in his post-match comments.

The dust has settled somewhat and now that it has I think every fan needs to ask themselves can this manager coach the players to know what to do when they have the ball, when they have to be proactive rather than reactive in the counter attack.
If the answer is no then the legend really needs to step aside or into the DOF role.
If we beat the top 6 but can’t beat the other teams, that’s a recipe for mid table football.

Just read article from independent which was Bob on. Basically said do we want a manager and a playing system that doesn't know what to do with the ball when we dominate possession. They totally plan to counter attack and have no answer when teams stick 11 men behind the ball.
Do we want just to be a counter attacking team.
Also said rumours coming out of United are we won't buy a midfielder this january , good grief
I think were wasting time , ole out Poch in , IMO

We are level on points with fucking Newcastle after exactly half the season. Incorrect. Yes, we are. Google the table. We both have 25 points after 18 games. We're 8th, they are 9th, we're ahead on goal difference.

A few random thoughts
- DDG made one of the worst goalkeeping mistakes I’ve ever seen, but if we were half decent elsewhere we’d have still won this game against literally the worst team in the league. He needs to be scrutinised because it’s not a highly unusual occurrence anymore, but we should 100% have been able to turn it around. - The defence in front of him is poor and still needs a lot of work, but it is the midfield that is the real issue. Fred does a job and could be a decent squad player but isn’t much more than that based off the past 18 months. I don’t think he could even be a squad player for City really and that’s the level we should be at, if not higher. McTominay is very good at what he does but he is not a creator whatsoever and should not be expected to be one. - I am less inclined to blame the attack because a) they’re mostly pretty young and b) they get fucking appalling service, but we still waste more chances than we should. Rasher has been in brilliant form lately but even then he misses a lot of good chances (he should be top scorer in the league based on how many he’s had), and of course he is still young and it is to be expected, but when he is basically our only source of goals it is damning on both his teammates and those who allowed that to happen. - Ole… I love him. I fucking love him. But there is absolutely no way whatsoever he would have ever been given the job if it weren’t for nostalgia, and there is no way he would have gotten this far without it. He talks a lot better than Moyes, obviously, but his actual results are at that level. Of course he hasn’t been backed, that’s not his fault, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t also doing desperately poorly. It’s not early anymore, we are halfway through the season here - Of course, whilst all of the above have some share of blame (and most names mentioned should no longer be at the club), it is the Glazers and their lapdog Woodward who really deserve the blame, as they are the ones who have enabled all of this to happen. Every club makes mistakes, but the good ones rectify them – we actively cling onto ours like they’re Cristiano Ronaldo.

I can't blame Ole for last night. There was no effort from the players on the pitch and there's nothing Ole can do about that. Yes he's tactically not good enough at times, but he cannot be held responsible for those wankers slacking off.
