Our European trophy haul isn’t anything like it should be. Therefore aside from getting Champions League next year, I want us to win this again to help rectify that. Then hopefully not appear in it for decades. If we didn't come up against probably the best club side there has been in the tikki takka Barca sides then you would think we would have at least one more champs league to our list, But you're absolutely right, we should have done far better than we have, losing games to Porto and Leverkusen spring to mind as well.......... I'd rather we win this trophy and qualify for champs league that way than by league position. |

We’re supposedly in a “rebuild” yet he persists with Lingard and Pereira when it’s been clear to everyone almost all season they aren’t good enough. It’s shameful that in this so called rebuild, Gomes and Chong are being denied chances to play when this year should really be about assessing what you have in your young players. |

Going to this one as one of my mates has bagged 4 tickets for £10 each. I'm going to the Bishop's with my mates for some food later about six, a few beers, then on to the game. Not in work tomorrow so might have a few - i believe a lot of Brugge fans are in the city centre this afternoon. |

Tricky one isn't it, is he still playing them to keep them in the shop window.....but the more he does that the more they damage the price with their below average performances!! Chong will get a run tonight i reckon, maybe from the bench. Gomes is a funny one, i really thought this kid was going to break through but when he has come one he's hardly lit the place up. If he was to start the game, where would you play him? can he he come of the left or does he play central? |

Thing with Jesse and Perreira, you keep playing them to keep them sharp if we ever need to use them for a run of games, hoping they'll play themselves into form. This keeps them happy with the view to keeping them in the, proverbial, shop window.
