I was wrong about him too to be fair. He was very poor in truth, anybody can be forgiven for criticising him. Turned it around emphatically, further proof of players needing time when they come from shit leagues. |

I was wrong about him too to be fair. He was appalling in his first year. It wasn't wrong to think that because it was 100% true. But he has stepped up massively which is delightful to see. |

I mean, I agree 100% that anyone coming from abroad, especially a weaker league, needs time to adapt, but even signings from England. Pallister was donkey shit for the first couple of seasons, Cole couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo his first year or so, just as two examples. Coming to United is a massive step up for most players and the pressure and expectation is immense. We all need to lay off players (me included) and give them time to find their feet and deal with the pressure of being at this club. |
