i'm afraid to ask if we have finally managed to turn it around.
but there is a different feeling about the team in recent weeks. bruno has certainly lifted the whole club and everyone looks determined and ready to run through walls. the fight on the pitch yesterday was remarkable. city have by far the better players which doesnt help when you face a team that is ready to bleed. very inspiring performance that was.
i'm still not convinced that ole is the man to bring us back to the top. but one thing you cant deny, he has put down the best foundation so far. first from the mentality point of view and also because he seems to understand what kind of players and characters are needed at this club.

Browsing through blue moon and I think I've stocked up on enough salt for the month. They really are a shit fanbase. One of theres suggested they needed a £750 million pound overhaul of their squad. Did they already forget about the ban? |

Ole is incompetent and should be doing better with the capable squad he has. Ok. |

We've been in this position a few times this season where we think we've turned a corner, but this time it feels different. Theres a different aura surround the players, it's more of a team rather than a team of individuals.
The 5 signings have been a breath of fresh air and it's been a while since we've had signings like that. I'm including James in that aswell. He's got a lot of work to do in regards to his and product but the foundations are there.
Maguire started off a bit sketchy but the last few weeks has been a wall at the centre of that defence and I feel a lot more confident, especially when were defending corners.
wan Bissaka is just fucking insanely good. Nothing gets past those spider legs of his and he's improved a lot going forwards aswell. Still not the finished article which is exciting.
Fernandes has just welded every loose bit of the engine together and has given it a much needed oil change. The guy is a magician.
Ighalo is just a big fuck you to people that doubt commitment over quality. The lad has both. His hold up play is brilliant and he loves the shirt which is what this rebuild is all about.
Just praying this our turning point now.

Bruno has made a huge difference but the back 4 has gone up a level so its not just his signing but clearly something has changed on the coaching side. Top 4 is on now and we might just win something. Like you im optimistic this isnt some form built on bs again. |
