Games coming thick and fast so on we go. With Sheff Utd losing to Newcastle a win here is even more important now. Their 3rd game in a week so we should be a lot fresher aswell.
Dave
Awb - Maguire - Lindelof - Shaw
Pogba - Fred - Bruno
Greenwood - Martial - Rashford.

Is Henderson allowed to play in this game? Nope, ineligible. Egan also missing for them after his red card.

Sheff Utd (H) Norwich (A) Brighton (A) Bournemouth (H) Villa (A) Southampton (H) Palace (A) West Ham (H) Leicester (A)
I've only just seen that the above are our remaining fixtures and you probably couldn't ask for a better run in.

Martial shouldn't be even considered for a starting place

Fred has about 20 top games in a row, one quiet one after 3 months off and then gets dropped?
Seems fair enough.

A Fred, Fernandez, Pogba midfield would be a sight however defensivly I don't think we could cope

Martial shouldn't be even considered for a starting place If it wasn't for two fantastic saves from Lloris he'd have had a double against Spurs. I'd really only bring in Greenwood for James.

Fred has about 20 top games in a row, one quiet one after 3 months off and then gets dropped? Seems fair enough. His exclusion wasn't based on his Spurs performance, more a case of Pogba needing to be included, and Matic being able to do a better and more disciplined job defensively. FWIW, I think he's been very good this season, he just needs to continue to grow and hopefully we'll have our very own Fernandinho (still a substantial way to go).

They're not looking good since the restart, but they've still caused lots of problems for good and shit teams alike this season, and even without Henderson they'll be a threat. A draw in the Spurs game is forgivable if we start winning from hereon out, and this should be our toughest league game until the final day against Leicester, so winning would be a big statement.
Anything less than a win and I no longer have us favourites for CL qualification, though we wouldn't be out of the hunt. We're five points off Chelsea and eight off Leicester, with a GD one better than Chelsea's and sixteen (!) worse than Leicester's. If that becomes seven and ten points because of a draw we'll be struggling - not to mention that we're level on points with Wolves right now (our GD is five better), with this lot and Spurs not that far behind.
Wolves have a pretty decent run in too. Us, Wolves, Chelsea and Leicester could be very tight come the end of the season. Every point matters massively.

aye Hendo is out so Moore will obviously turn into Buffon in this.
Missing a few players and haven't looked that good since #ProjectFuckTheGameItsAllAboutMoney started so need to take advantage. I've changed my super 6 prediction to 3-1 anyway.

Martial shouldn't be even considered for a starting place I’d agree. I’d definitely give Ighalo a start but I think Ole is going to persevere with Tony.

Looking at our remaining league fixtures & a points per game average to date,we will end up with 59 to 60 points this season. We won't be top 4,happy to be proved wrong but can't see at lot changing in the remaining 8 games.

A City ban in Europe shouldn’t help him there. The only thing for me would be winning the Europa League. Although what good is that going to do in the long run? Perhaps get Sancho? Realistically it’s just cash for the Glazers because we’ll get our arses handed to us in the latter stages anyway. I know Ole won’t be fired of course because we’re building something special here.
