Looks like Ole has opted for a back 5. Rashford up top probably on his own. I’m getting the feeling we’ll be defending deep and bashing it down the wing to Dan James. We’ll see, strange 11 to be honest. Think it’s Rashford wide left, James wide right. Middle open for James to make runs from deep. Need some incisive passing from Fred in his role. |

Same system that has already beaten Chelsea and city this season, no? Yep. I would like to see James RWB and AWB RCB, I really think the flexibility between 4-3-3 and 5-3-2 could work really well. But it's no surprise we've gone 5 at the back given how well it's worked vs. them in the past, and I can't blame Ole for not experimenting in this game! The main issue is that they've also gone 5 at the back, which IIRC is different to what they have done against us before. They look like they'll be less interested in dominating the ball than before, which is a shame as it played into our hands last time. Guess we shall see... If we can win this in 90 whilst resting Pogba, Martial and Greenwood that'll be a great result. |

The use of 5 subs benefits us here with that bench. Perfect opportunity for James to prove himself aswell. The lad needs a good game. Rash up top Im happy with just hope he's got his shooting boots.
