So with tales of another South American in talks with the club to take over the managerial reigns the question is. What next ? Keep the faith with the current manager or a clean sweep? No poll because I’m bound to miss someone out. Stick or bust? Alternatives ?

It’s going to need one hell of a manager to be successful under this lot.
But we do need a better one than we have now.
Potch maybe but I’m not 100% convinced.
In other words
God knows

He'll be kept on for the short term at least. No point buying a few new players and letting the window close then sacking the manager before we've played one more game. You could think it a Machiavellian plot I suppose, get a new manager now and say "Oh, sorry, can't but anyone as the window has shut. What bad timing."
But I doubt it.
He'll get till Christmas and see how things are going then I reckon. If in and around top 4 they'll stick with him. If well off the pace then he'll be gone.
Next manager will obviously be Mark Hughes because apparently the only qualifications for the job are 1 - played for us, 2 - scored a winner in a European final.

The obvious ones are Poch and Allegri but Nagelsmann should surely be considered...
Out of them it’s not easy...I somehow feel that Poch would improve us but still come up a little short, so Allegri for me...

Nagelsmann ,Simeione ,Poch, Allegri, Rogers, Favre ,Conte, Me, You, Bestie, Stewart ,Carbon ,et al You know what I’m driving at! Ole (definitely) drew his line in the sand (as I predicted) by praising the owners and the “strong squad” that he had been left with to kick on this season-pun NOT intended-, despite (supposedly) giving the board his “targets”earlier in the year. He’s been proven far too weak/NICE, tactically inept, moreover the players know this, and are now taking complete advantage. Could you have imagined SAF and Keane in the dressing room at half time on Sunday during that “performance” v Spuds? Someone would’ve been beaten to death! So ANY of the alternatives as above. Edit. This cycle of recruit, spend, sack, repeat, will sadly continue until these parasites are finally forced to sell the club, which will only (possibly)happen should we play appallingly enough to be relegated this season ,and the financial taps are turned off as a consequence. The Glazer’s will then be unable to meet their debt repayments so maybe we should leave things as they are? Never thought that I’d say this about a club I’ve loved for well over 50 years!

Poch or Allegri is a tricky one.
Allegri obviously has vast experience of winning, he won 4 consecutive doubles With Juve, won AC Milan their only title in about the last 18 years. From that perspective he's the obvious choice to get United back to being a force.
Poch however is proven in England, used to working with a tight arse board and having to get the best out of the players available, and has history of playing young kids and giving them the chances. With the vast number of young players we have now, this would be an obvious choice to come in and get those lads in the team. He also plays exciting football and looks to attack. But he's never won jack all.
I'd go Allegri personally but it's close.

Not Pochettino.
Allegri, Nuno, Nagelsmann, Rodgers.
No particular order but I've said before Nagelsmann is the dream.
We'll need Big Sam at this rate.

No one better than Big Sam for those tough relegation battles Ole and the board are settings us for. I think Pochettino would be a great option. His Southampton would beat Ole’s Man United more often than it would lose, and his biggest failure as Tottenham’s manager was not to winning the league on the freak season Leicester won it, but otherwise he did well there and will surely do more with this squad than Ole.

Be quite happy with any of Poch, Nagelsmann, though my only worry with Nagelsmann is this bunch of overpaid wankers respecting someone so young. Wonder if they need someone more experienced but not as combative as LVG and Jose. Which makes Allegri an interesting option.
Yeah, just not sure anymore. We've had a guy completely out of place in Moyes, two excellent, experienced managers in LVG/Jose and a heart over head appointment with Ole. Suppose you could argue the only way we haven't gone is a proven, younger manager.
Whoever comes in is going to have a tough job working with these cunts anyway.

Nagelsmann or Ten Cate for me. Hadn’t thought about Henk...do you think he could do the job?

Nagelsmann or Ten Cate for me. Hadn’t thought about Henk...do you think he could do the job? Operates with little money, relatively speaking at Ajax, proven track record of improving young players. Plays scintillating attacking football. So, yes.
