That, was excellent. With five minutes left I was sitting here ruing our missed chances but was quite pleased to be disappointed. To actually nab the deserved win is so pleasing.
Axel Tuanzebe. My centre back.

One of the best performances in recent memory. Every player was at their top of the game. Credit to Ole too he got every call right tonight

about half of that time since then they were not even playing in the champions league, still a nice achievement considering some of the groups they had.

Old shop window Pogba decides he can be arsed when it's a big game against a team he'd probably not mind signing for.

Old shop window Pogba decides he can be arsed when it's a big game against a team he'd probably not mind signing for. i am at the point where i want him gone but i also dont care anymore. especially now that the window is closed anyway, so i might as well hope and wish for him to show the fuck up when it matters and stand behind him until the next "who wouldnt want to play for real madrid" bullshit comes up.

started watching the whole game. 70mins into the game...what the fuck am i watching? some good chances for PSG which is standard against everyone, they are a top team for a reason and you can never nullify them completely. but fuck me, what a performance from the lads so far. this united team is doing my head in. frustrating on a regular basis but then they just come up with some of the best football since sir alex, before disappearing into vacuum for a month or two, just to go on a 10 game winning run again, rinse and repeat.
fantastic performance from the lads though, very impressed tonight.

Infuriating as fuck instead it. If they just weren't very good then fair enough, it is what it is, players can't just "be better" than they are. But there are some genuinely talented players in this group. There's times it comes together and we see just how far this team could go, then there's other times no one looks bothered, no one seems to have a clue what to do, and it's a shit show. The likes of Rash, AWB, Greenwood, get passes due to their age, there's very few players that young who are consistent over a whole season, but the rest need to step up. We have far too many players who are either a 9/10 or a 5/10 every game, how about the 7/10 performances. Fred, and McTominay as a for instance have that, they can be excellent sometimes but also have a lot of steady, nothing special but not bad, do a job games. But the rest seem to have bloody bipolar how often they verve from the sublime to the shite.

The result is nice, but the performance is what really made me happy about that game. We played away against a better team that consists of genuine world class players, and we seemed very comfortable. Yes, it could’ve gone either way with some of the missed chances, but it was so refreshing to see us play and not feel frustrated.

Not very often we can that is two games on the bounce that Shaw has played well. AWB saved us a few times but also looked dreadful going forward, the difference on the left was for all to see. We saw why Herrera did not get a new deal. Fred did really well, breaking up play & getting us going forward. We looked more of threat with Pogba than without him. DVB is very obviously not a OGS signing. Martial will never change & is so frustrating, brilliant then repeatedly very wasteful & poor ball retention a lot of time. Axel has to start at the weekend. PSG looked like a side missing 5 or 6 starters & they could have still won the game comfortably. I'm going to stick my neck out & say that when Maguire is next fit to start & Telles also starts, Maguire scores from a corner,

Pogba did well but Scott and Fred was superb at breaking up the attacks. We had a stronger bench so the longer it went out and we were still in the game the better chance we had at bringing players on and winning the game.
DVB will get his chance and he will be a very important player for us. Bruno was initially the pogba replacement but I think Donny is now that. Pogba is in the shop window And I’m fine with that

Good performance and one that we should learn and build from. We've been in this position a number of times before and then we've gone to shit the game after. Must also be said that barring the front three, their team was very average.
More 3-5-2 and less Pogba against Chelsea as well, please.

Playing in this formation I think Cavani could be brilliant for us. Them balls from Telles being whipped in. VDB, Pogba, Bruno all playing balls in and controlling the game in their half.
From it looking so dire last week it doesn’t look all too bad now.
Keeping axel fit is now a main priority. One of the best CB performances from a united player in a long time
