Can’t understand-whatever the result-is why Telles didn’t even make the squad, and young Foley has been left on the bench ,that superb tackle on Mbappe the other night (alone) should’ve guaranteed him a place in the starting 11.

The Fred-McTominay combination worked fantastically vs. PSG, but it's been nowhere near as good here - they've both been solid defensively but sloppy on the ball IMO. That might be as much a symptom of the fact they haven't played much as anything, but I'm surprised Ole hasn't changed it. Both of them have very good work rate but very meh creatively imo. If only we have a central midfielder with both qualities on the bench .... |

The commentators keep going on about how 'Ole has made his move' to go and win the game. How has he? We haven't changed shape, we still have two defensive midfielders. If anything we've made things worse because Bruno is more on the periphery now. Well we’re not playing with 10 men now so that’s a plus. |

Guessing his bad miss earlier is playing on his mind, usually he'd get another chance to fix it but not today.
