How good has Bailly been recently? Another superb display, getting the lump next to him out of trouble. Easy to forget how young he is as he's been here for ages, just about getting to prime age. Stay fit and we've got a real player there.
Pogba superb as well, I was fuming with the statement from Raiola a few weeks ago and even more angry when Ole put him back into the lineup but he's been excellent of late.
Attackers lacking cutting edge, Martial out of form and Rashford can be hit and miss, even Cavani wasn't his clinical self tonight.

I still think our lack of cutting edge may cost us over the second half of the season so it’s now up to the club to back ole and get another forward player in jan(a couple of loan players will suffice)

Glad we didn’t need Bruno to get a win for a change, other players need to step up and Pogba did, I still hate some of his off the field antics.

I don't know whether we'll win the league, I think there are obviously question marks over the manager and many of the players but fuck me, we're 3 points clear at almost the halfway point of the season, a position we've not been in since Fergie retired.
Just fucking enjoy the ride.

Lindelof should never get a game ahead of Bailly again. The difference between the two is night and day. Lindelof will look fine in Spain or somewhere like that. Bailly is a man. Bailly is THE man. |

I can't see this United team winning the league if I'm honest but have to say, for almost 12 months now we have been the best team in the league, purely from a points perspective.
That's 68 points since Bruno's debut against Wolves. 31 games played, almost a full season. I mean, pessimism tells me we're not winning a title, but that right there is title winning form over the course, almost, of a season. So..........
Liverpool fans will have their say and I'm sure would laugh out loud at the suggestion this team has been the best for almost a year. But they've picked up 62 points in the same time period from the same number of games.
